Sore hari enaknya nye-nack bareng temen atau keluarga sambil berbincang santai, kan? Gimana kalau sediain menu cheese potato ball dari resep yang satu ini? Gak bakal nyesel!

Bahan cheese potato ball:

  • Kentang
  • 1 siung bawang bombay
  • 3 lembar ham sapi
  • Keju cheddar
  • Tepung terigu
  • Telur
  • Tepung panko

Cara membuat cheese potato ball:

1. Tumis bawang bombay dan ham hingga matang.

2. Siapkan kentang yang sudah dihaluskan, masukkan tumisan ham dan bawang bombay, aduk hingga rata, lalu bumbui dengan lada hitam dan garam.

3. Bulatkan kentang dan isi dengan keju.

4. Balut kentang dengan tepung, telur, dan tepung panko.

5. Panaskan minyak dengan api sedang, goreng hingga kecoklatan, kemudian sajikan.
