Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Buat larutan gula

Rebus air bersama gula merah dan gula pasir hingga larut dan mendidih. Angkat, saring, lalu diamkan hingga hangat.

Campurkan bahan kering

Campurkan tepung beras, tepung terigu, garam, dan vanili bubuk dalam wadah besar.

Masukkan larutan gula

Tuang larutan gula secara bertahap sambil diaduk hingga adonan halus, licin, dan tidak bergerindil.

Diamkan adonan

Tutup wadah dan diamkan adonan selama kurang lebih 1 jam agar teksturnya lebih berserat saat digoreng.

Panaskan minyak

Panaskan minyak agak banyak dengan api kecil hingga sedang.

Goreng adonan

Tuang satu sendok sayur adonan ke tengah wajan. Biarkan adonan mengembang dan membentuk lubang-lubang kecil di bagian tengah.

Masak hingga matang

Siram bagian pinggir cucur dengan minyak panas hingga matang merata dan berwarna kecokelatan.

Sajikan kue cucur

Angkat dan tiriskan. Ulangi hingga adonan habis, lalu sajikan hangat.
